Publisher and Media Measurement Partners

Crossix has established innovative relationships with Publisher and Media Measurement Partners, adding access to multiple audience viewer, subscriber, engagement and registration data to its independent measurement capabilities for patient/consumer analytics.

Crossix uses this access to data to enable pharmaceutical marketers to better understand the effects of media spend and the range of marketing tactics deployed, including a holistic view of campaigns, measuring effects on various opt-ins, as well as on those exposed or engaged.

With these partnerships, Crossix is wired to inform, and can help marketers across channels, campaigns and tactics.

Consumer Marketing: Patient data NOW driving investment decisions

Where applicable, some partners proactively use Crossix reporting internally to better understand and deliver value to advertisers. Others focus on working with Crossix as a value-added option to attract and grow relationships with advertisers. Companies providing a measurable environment can compete more effectively for marketing dollars, with marketers increasingly demanding validated metrics and ROI.

Crossix methodology for audience data utilizes its unique advantages to accurately match (and pull Rx transactions for the household), allowing reporting on the Rx profile as well as measurement of new patient starts on a client's product based on actual prescription data using a test-control methodology focusing on incremental new patient starts. This analysis uses the audience database, in a secure, privacy-safe methodology, to support a comprehensive understanding of the impact of marketing dollars.

Crossix flexibly accommodates data from partners, protects privacy and uses the data only to report in aggregate, never on individuals. In fact, utilizing the patented methodology, Crossix personnel need not see personally identifying information at any time. Crossix does not ever, and technically could not, contact any individuals.

Using sophisticated, HIPAA-certified technology and methodology, Crossix can even accommodate data inputs originating under HIPAA; for example, co-pay card or physician office programs. Crossix never has possession of Protected Health Information (PHI) at any time.

Crossix analytical process specifically complies with privacy laws and regulations, including HIPAA; in fact, it's a state-of-the-art process, not only in terms of providing best in class results, but also in terms of a principled respect for privacy, by design.
