Peter Frishauf Non-executive Chairman of the Board Peter, now an independent consultant, is best known as the founder of Medscape (www.medscape.com) in 1995. At the time he served as CEO of SCP Communications, Inc., the Manhattan-based medical information company he started 14 years earlier. Peter is past president of the Healthcare Marketing & Communications Council, Inc. where members from the pharmaceutical, publishing, medical education and advertising industries worked to improve educational and promotional programs. He is a director of MedPage Today, Oakstone Medical Publishing and a member of the Medical Advisory Boards of Milestone Venture Partners, TrialX, and the Markle Foundation's Connecting for Health initiative. A frequent speaker and author of hundreds of articles, Peter holds an M.S. in Journalism from Columbia University (1972); and a B.A. from NYU (1970). Peter is listed in Richard Saul Wurman's March, 2002 book, Who's Really Who as one of the 1,000 most creative people in the U.S.

Asaf Evenhaim Chief Executive Officer and Board Member Asaf is a co-founder of Crossix and serves as Chief Executive Officer. He started Crossix in 2004 with over 10 years experience in healthcare marketing and technology businesses. Asaf was the co-founder and President of SoftWatch, a leading provider of healthcare CRM Internet solutions to pharmaceutical and healthcare clients such as GlaxoSmithKline, Novartis, Aventis, Abbott Laboratories, Johnson & Johnson, Schering-Plough, Medco Health Solutions, Medscape and the American Heart Association. Asaf also served as acting CEO for Dietwatch.com, an online subscription weight loss company spun-off from SoftWatch in 1999. From 2002 to 2004, Asaf served as EVP Business Development for InterCure Inc, an innovative medical device company, where he led marketing, sales and distribution in the U.S. market to a tenfold growth in revenue run rate. Asaf served for four years in the Israeli Navy Intelligence Unit. He holds a B.Sc., cum laude, in Mathematics and Computer Science, from Tel Aviv University.

Andrew Willis EVP, CFO and Board Member Andrew is a co-founder of Crossix and serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Andrew joined Crossix in 2004 from a career in Investment Banking focused on healthcare companies most recently at NM Rothschild in London where he helped to establish the Private Placement Group (PPG) in Europe for Rothschild. Andrew brings over 8 years of healthcare finance experience to Crossix. Prior to Rothschild, Andrew served as a Vice President at Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB) in New York in its Private Finance Group where he focused on raising private capital for companies and in its Healthcare Group where he gained broad corporate finance and M&A experience working with a wide range of public and private healthcare clients. He received his B.S.B.A., magna cum laude, from Georgetown University, his M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and his J.D. from Columbia University School of Law. He is admitted to the New York State Bar.

Saar Barhoom SVP, Research & Development Saar serves as Senior Vice President, Research & Development. He joined Crossix in 2005 from Itemfield Ltd, a leader in EAI (Enterprise Application Interface) market. Saar brings over 12 years of software development experience including in healthcare IT to Crossix. Saar previously worked for Excedo Technologies, a startup in Business Activity Monitoring market, where he was in charge of building the infrastructure for Excedo's J2EE based product. Prior to that he worked with Asaf at SoftWatch for over 6 years as SoftWatch's VP R&D and Chief Architect where he was responsible for product design and development. Saar has extensive managerial and hands on experience with both Java and Microsoft's enterprise architecture infrastructure. He holds a B.A. in computer science and an M.B.A from Tel Aviv University.

Chris French Advisory Board Member Chris is a Managing Director and leads the Healthcare practice area at Petsky Prunier LLC, a leading mid-market investment bank. Prior to joining Petsky Prunier, Mr. French served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Cadient Group, a leading strategic interactive marketing agency for life science companies. Previously, Mr. French spent eight years at Dendrite International, a provider of software, information and service solutions to the global life sciences industry. There he served in a number of capacities; including senior vice president of global solutions marketing and corporate development and general counsel. Mr. French is a graduate of Fordham University School of Law. He received a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Drew Fromkin Advisory Board Member Drew currently serves as President, Chief Executive Officer, and Executive Director of Clinical Data, Inc., a global biotechnology company. He has over twenty years of senior leadership experience in key areas of the healthcare industry with an emphasis on healthcare information and services, pharmaceutical services and biotechnology. Prior to Clinical Data, Drew held senior management roles at leading and emerging healthcare companies. Most recently he was President and Chief Executive Officer of DoctorQuality, Inc., a leading provider of patient safety and condition management products that was acquired by Quantros, Inc. and served as President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of Endo Surgical Devices, Inc., an early stage surgical device developer. Drew spent most of the 1990’s in two leadership roles with the industry’s leading prescription benefit management company (PBM), Medco, which became Merck-Medco Managed Care, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Merck & Co., Inc. His leadership roles at Medco included Vice President, Business Development (Corporate Development from 1995-2000) and before that, Vice President, Sales to Major Health Insurers, Employers and Government Accounts. Drew graduated from Brandeis University, cum laude, with a B.A. in Biology and a concentration in premedical studies.

Matt Wallach Advisory Board Member Matt co-founded and currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer at Veeva Systems. In 2007, Matt was named to the PharmaVOICE 100 which recognizes the 100 most influential people in the life sciences industry. Before founding Veeva, Matt held various executive roles at small healthcare technology companies in product management, marketing and business development. Prior to his small company forays, Matt was the General Manager of the Pharmaceuticals & Biotechnology division at Siebel Systems, which has since been acquired by Oracle. During his time at Siebel, Matt was responsible for building this global division which grew from its inception to over $140 million under his leadership capturing greater than 80% market share in the pharma CRM and clinical trial management (CTM) markets. At one point, nearly half of all pharma sales reps used the products created during his tenure at Siebel, though that is rapidly changing these days. Matt currently serves as a Senior Advisor to SeventySix Capital, a leading early stage venture capital fund. Matt received his MBA from the Harvard Business School, with honors, and his B.A. in Economics from Yale University, cum laude.
